If this is your first time using a physio, you’re going to love the experience! (Yeah it’s possible to love the process of recovery from injury!)

You will start with a 45 minute Initial Appointment, it gives us time to get to know how best to help you. We’ll work at your level of understanding and activity. You’ll get full assessment and full treatment of your injury; some of this will be in the private consultation rooms, and some in our movement gym where we have equipment and space to exercise.

At the end of the first session, you’ll feel better and be empowered with knowledge and key take-home ideas to help you fast track your health.

Our follow up appointments are 30 minutes long so you are guaranteed quality time. We’ll progress your treatment, building up your strength, stability, flexibility, movement patterns and knowledge. You’ll enjoy safe progressions and clear understanding of your path forwards.

We engage with you for intense bursts of treatment to get you moving well. So expect to see us regularly for the first week or two, backing down to occasional tune-ups as needed by the end.
